Two others from April AOR has received their PPR and one from March. I don’t know why @RDong and few others from 2018 are put on hold?!? I don’t understand what system IRCC follows to clear our files. Particularly praying for @RDong to get his application approved.

Hey, did you apply from Aus? Try emailing the IRCC office in Sydney. They usually reply and provide you with a status. Email with your UCI, application no. and date of birth.

Generally 7 days to 1 month. I heard they outsource it/ have a separate security check org (something like that) so it depends on the company that’s working on your background check.

Did you email Ralph’s office?

I tried emailing Ralph and according to their office, ‘Eligibility , criminality, and security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.’ My AOR is 3rd April!! It’s going to take a while then I guess!!!

May be holding up our files to teach us patience until we give up the feeling to move to Canada, lol! I reckon there’s only one officer who is sitting with all our files!!
