Hi buddy, i tried several times to open an account in Ecas tools several times but no chance everytime said try again and i entered correct instructions with UCI or application number the same problem , i don't know maybe because i'm out Canada...

I am in same boat , i got a GU almost a month ago an extension of my medical and i got another Gu oct 1st medical passed i think you should wait until you another update this month
