I think babarkhan means that do U HAVE TO VISIT YOUR SPOUSE WHEN THE APPLICATION IS PROCESSING......HE WILL BE THERE FOR THE WEDDING I AM PRETTY SURE, BUT DOES HE HAVE TO GO FOR A VISIT TO SHOW CHC THAT THEY ARE IN A RELATIONSHIP.... I think thats the question :D
