for super visa there is not much requirement from your parenets, it is mainly your income + insurance that plays big role in it... if you meet income requirment then you should be good... i would recommend that you just mention that they want to have a vacation and attend your wedding...

I have very little knowledge or experience, so please wait for some senior to reply... But based on your situations, I would recommend you to go for Super visa, one family at a time, the reason being is that for super visa it is more on your side that you will have to do, that is buy insurance...
