Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Ah, you have to get it 3 months or less before you file your application. So kung this month ka mag-apply, dapat you should have gotten your NBI in November onwards. If you got your NBI in October or September (like me), di siya tatanggapin (actually they will accept it but will not assure you...

Hi! Actually Humber yung first choice ko sa Ontario kaya lang ganyan din nangyari sa akin -- I sent my application. I got a notice of acceptance naman plus they deducted the application fee from my credit card. Kaya lang when I was asking them for my LoA, it took them a looooooooong time to...

    Niagara College and PGWP

Perhaps I should have made it clearer, she meant cheaper than a two year PG Program. What she failed to mention was that it would be very challenging to get PR with only a one year PGWP! Go for a Masters in Business?

    Niagara College and PGWP

Look into getting a two year postgraduate course so you will get a 3 year PGWP. An agency also offered me a one year program at Niagara College, stating it would be cheaper and shorter (!!!) ... I'm glad I did my research here though.

Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Kelan ba yung period ng pag-TNT mo? Kasi if it is shown in your current passport or was in the past 10 years - kailangan mo idisclose yun sa application form. Di ko alam kung ano ang chances mo - pag kasi may mga immigration violations medyo tagilid kasi yun eh. Also, both student and tourist...

I still think it's a good idea to include your IELTS and TOR with your application if you have it. Iba iba naman kasi yung case ng mga tao. Just to clarify, most colleges do require Academic IELTS to be admitted, so you might still have to take it whether you plan to submit the results with your...

Ganun din naman yung mindset ko. PR is too far ahead for me right now. My focus is on getting a student visa and hopefully getting a work permit muna.
