So I finally got my GCMS notes from CBSA after I had lodged a formal complaint online . They have not touched my file since Jan 25,2023. Even though my Background Verification shows "In Progress" in tracker , Eligibility and Security shows " Not Started" which is the same status from a month ago...

Thanks & wish you the same .I do know the status of my application from the IRCC GCMS notes I had received as on April 6th, 2023. Medical(Old Medical) of the primary applicant has not been reviewed & is still In Progress. CBSA notes are a different ballgame altogether , still not received them...

AOR : 19-Jan-2023 .Everything Same except Medical is in Progress for Primary Applicant and BG changed to "In Progress" on April 19th on tracker. We have gone ahead and done a new Upfront Medical recently which is not updated yet and the wait continues......

I have not received notes from CBSA even after 1.5 months. I have been following up with them but no indication of when I would be receiving those. I got IRCC notes way before 1 month was complete.

We have the exact same wording under Recommendation in our GCMS notes received today. Its got me thinking if we need to do an RCMP PCC or not ?
