Got my visa today but i didnt receive any approval mail...just got stamped passport...for lambton college did many mistakes but thank god i got visa.... 1st mistake attached wrong checklist(general) 2nd didnt submit ITR 3rd Didnt submit SOP and many more

what were the reasons for 3 refusals?

we didnt file any ITR of my father so should we file ITR of my father for last 2 years of 4-5 lakhs? will this improve my case?

As now i want to apply under Non spp/General i can only show my mother's ITR of 4.5 lakhs and education loan of 18 lakhs my fees is only 7 lakh per year and my study is of 2 years....i am going to show GIC of 10000 CAD ... just want to know 2 years ITR of 4.5 lakhs will create any problem...
