Yes, I took a color print of the e-certificate for my baby, and they accepted it. When she saw it first she asked me "Is this original", I responded "Its e-certificate" and she was fine.

Yeah the strike kind of impacted a lot of things... Did you get an invite in 3 weeks or the OATH data was 3 weeks from when the LPP was complete ?
