Degrees from different universities may not be exactly the same. The most straight forward procedure will be: create account to make application --> pay money --> send documents to WES --> wait --> obtain ECA Check it out on WES website, they have the guidelines there.

Sorry for making the confusion. I have two valid passports issued by two different places (dual citizenship), and both are not expired yet. So I'm confused if I have to enter both in the EE profile, or just the one I will use to enter Canada. Thank you legalfalcon.

Coming from a well-developed country doesn't mean the life must be great. Everyone has their own story and it may also be a do or die scenario for them. We can never tell whether one needs the invitation more or less.

May I ask do the annual target and the PnP target being counted separately? If not... it seems like only around 10000 invitations are net invitations, which doesn't make sense? If they are supposed to be counted separately, shouldn't the invitation so far (71700) exclude those invited through...

And to think deeper about it... it may even increase the demand for a Canadian degree! If the cut-off is so high, it is a bitter goodbye for many outland applicants (since there's a limit of maxing out your score especially when they only count 3 years of foreign work experience, and most PNP...

I am not so sure about that. Many people will still try to "buy a hope" and flood into Canada for a chance. Also, in many people's mind, inland applicants are always thought to be at an advantage (although I guess it's not necessarily true?) For example, they can earn points for Canadian...

If the yearly target is met, even if cut off score becomes 490-500, I think CIC won't care. It may even be a good thing in their perspective.

I have a birthday this December and my score will drop after that as well. Aside from boosting our score, sadly there's no much we can do :(
