Full time means at least 30 hours. Usually 40 and up to 48 a week. After 48 hours a week it's over time and employer tend to avoid that number. You should be fine as long as you don't go below 30 hours a week.

I called the call center. Sometimes you have good agents giving useful info. Sometimes you get stupid agents that just want to end the call like the one that took my call. She told me to wait until December. If I don't hear from CIC then to call again. That'd be 21 months waiting for an inland...
