This is very simple, just like when you linked the family sponsorship application, but the IRCC website is broken today. You can try it after it is restored.

The doctor is the person who checks you during the physical examination. Your hospital physical examination form has his information. You can ask the clinic by phone. The webfrom feedback will be slower in this regard. The best way is to talk to the doctor.

PR card applications can be linked to Mycic for tracking, and consultants say it now typically takes about 3 weeks.

Did you miss the call from the clinic? You can contact the medical doctor to see if it has been uploaded to the immigration office. Sometimes the applicant needs a re-inspection.

Some consultants told me that receiving an AIP means that the application is almost complete and there will be no more unexpected situations. Many applicants receive three letters of SA, AIP, and DM at the same time, but some of us have received SA first and then waited for AIP.

SA is followed by AIP, and finally the applicant DM. I also received the SA and am still waiting for AIP. AIP means approval in principle.
