Hi, I tried calling this morning at around 7.20 am Ottawa time and managed to speak to an agent after waiting for 17 mnts which is less time actually . So, the best time would be early hours..But i once managed to talk to an agent at around 3.30 pm Ottawa time. Good Luck!

Congratulations!!! my time line is also same as yours except for the ITA date.. mine was on May 9th... eagerly waiting for an approval.

Am here with the same AOR date/CEC...last I heard from CIC was on July 7th for RPRF fee and no updates after that.

Shopper's drug mart weren't aware of the photo specification and took a longer time....i chose Walmart.. they were quick......heard Costco is cheaper too..

Yes! I would say you did the right thing of just uploading the receipt. In my case, since i had paid it upfront, i thought i can attach the receipt along with LOE..been almost 3 weeks and the status still shows as we are reviewing the documents you provided.... probably a lesson learnt:)
