I don't have any account with the bank I made the dd. I made it by cash. So the bank can not give me any information..

I sent the application with FEDEX. And they sent me an email after delivering the parcel. It was in PDF format and there was the name of receiving person. Also DHL does the same. Don't know about your courier...what is your courier...
