Hello Guys, @johnsyk I am in need for urgent suggestions. So right after 48 hours of moving in to IP2, I've received the RPRF request, height and eye color information and the bio page request for myself and my dependents. But, the RPRF they have requested is just for the primary applicant...

Hi John, So finally some movement happen and my background check is moved to "We are processing your background check and will contact you if any further information is required". Is it IP2 if I am not wrong? Wondering they haven't requested for RPRF yet ... Hoping for positive outcome ...

May be I would know if I order another set of notes. I prefer waiting at this stage but the initial assessment from analyst gave me a positive hope because CIO hasn't left any questionable element when forwarded to LVO ... Lets see

Got a reply from LVO saying your application is in queue and waiting to be reviewed by the officer. Patience test in ON :eek:.......

@legalfalcon... On the last few pages on my file there are four important notes out of which first two were related to R10 by same agent and status is "PASSED". Third note is related to Criminality and it also says "PASSED". Last and latest note is related to ***AGENT REVIEW A11.2*** at CIO...

Alright so I've received my notes today and in a nut shell, on 16th July 2017 CIO had completed their work and seems eligibility, medical and criminality was recommended passed by the case analyst. File transfered to LVO on 18th July and since then it is waiting to be reviewed by VISA officer...

Completed 5 months today ... Still NA2 ...

So it is officially 150 days today with no progress on my application after 8th June. Expecting to receive the GCMS notes tomorrow and also sent an email to London VISA office. I hope this will help triggering the unnecessary hold up on my application ... Anyone else matching my time line and...

Got a chance to speak again with CIC and to my wonder, since the day my file was transfered to LVO, no one has even bothered to touch the application. As per agent, the status same for last two months and eligibility check is yet to be done by an officer in LVO. Neither I received the RPRF yet...

Correct. My application is also stuck ... check the timelines ... no RPRF yet ..

Check my signature ... half passed the fifth month ... no news yet .. Called CIC last week. They said Eligibility is not started yet ... stuck in London VO...
