Hello guys, currently I am in Canada on study permit. I am planning to apply for FSW express entry. I have a question regarding PCC. I did my masters degree from India, where I spend almost 2 years period of time. As I am non Indian, how can I apply for Indian PCC from here in Canada?

I am not sure, but I guess in order to flagpole you must leave Canada. So probably you need to cross US-Canada border.
