There is no cost for submitting an express entry form. However, post ITA you will need to pay the application fee of 550CAD for adults and 150CAD for children, and a right to PR fee for adults only 490CAD.

This is incorrect. Why do you say only 2 years count? You only need 1-year experience in your primary NOC, the rest can come from other NOC.
I personally had 1,5 years in 1 NOC and 2years in another. Total 3,5 years experience.

1. Degree certificates and the ECA are more than enough. No need for mark sheet.
2. All document should be in their original colour. So you need to scan all documents as they are. If the original is in black and white then its fine. If not, it may cause problems.

If you were studying outside Canada, it doesn't matter. Foreign work experience gained while studying is acceptable. So your job title does not matter.
