    Yes and VO takes anywhere from 30-90 days to complete BC. Moreover, if they wants more clarifications on a specific matter they contact third party agencies and from there it goes out of their hands when these agencies confirmed what CIC demanded.

    Second line update means VO has initiated your background checks and once its completed you will get your MR.

    When would you get your third PCC? If it would be available by deadline then wait or else draft a cover letter explaining that you would provide 3rd PCC as soons as you get it and send 2 PCC which you already got.

    Next status would be tracking ID No.20150514xxxxxxxxxx (passport) is been dispatched from New Delhi to your VFS. Al the best!!

    You can submit all at VFS, no need to send seperately.

    Both are good options Riya, I believe ppl (including me) opt for VFS more coz its secure and also allow you to track status plus SMS alert. If you send via bluedart then VO would return it by Registered post. In any case we need to send passport to High Commission of Canada, New Delhi.

    Mate there is no logical way how NDVO works. Look at my timelines I did medicals in Nov and got my PPR yesterday so dont worry about it and just hang on. U completed your medicals so u r almost there. If you still want to be very sure then raise GCMS that would help u understanding whts holding...

    If previous payment had been encashed by CIC then ask your friend to send a copy of bank statement highlighting that transaction via CSE however its highly unlikely that CIC would charge payment twice. And if the payment is not charged yet obviously she would need to make payment again.

    Its depends on the duration and reason of travel Hari. Few ppl in this forum travelled after getting PER but not all of them informed VO. Give more info to guide you further...

    Yes you should send the same. If possible try and get new passport copy notorised when u send.
