I applied for PhD Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture in MUN for FALL 2017 ; application still shows 'Complete - ready for review'. Any update from graduate school MUN?

Please I am in this same situation concern the IMM1294, could this be the total cost of tuition(all 4 yrs for a PhD), what if the scholarship for the PhD is not fully funded and part needs to be absorbed by the individual? How do I fill this section?
