As I know, you dont need a new IELTS result for NS even if its expired unless NSOI ask for a new one. But after nomination you need a valid IELTS result for EE & CIC .

Hi, You should send the update when they send your Pre-AOR. If you get minimum score, I dont think is different to get more points coz they check the application based on first come-first served. What do you think Skywalker?

Hi, If u read last comment in this forum, you would understand this stream is closed . You should wait till it opens in future.

We also hope NSOI learn from other provinces to process applications faster.
