I am worried that I have not sent business card of my manager along with my job duties letter which is written on a plain paper of a4 sheet and signed by my manager. can this be a reason of rejection ?

If you are from India. I used DHL express a d they charged only 750 Rs from me for the Courier . our company has a tie up with DHL ;)

You will have to send the proof of funds along with the application . it's better to maintain the required funds during the whole process

I think they re perfectly Fine.. I never suggested my manager .. He wrote something like this himself .. Involvement in requirement specification and design activities (like High Level Design and Low Level Design) for various features of application software. wouldn't word application fit...

Try your best .. Make sure you have everything ready by the time you get your WES and IELTS card . Fill all the forms .. Collect each and every document till then. All the best !!!

Exactly as someone already suggested. Tracking number of the postal service is the only thing he will provide you . Track the application and see when it reaches . Then you wil just have to sit back and wait for your CC charge or DD encashment. Don't worry !!

I think yes , Not all the job duties should match for you to apply under a particular NOC . Plus your job duties might not be point to point same as the Main duties you have listed. Some keywords should match .
