Don't worry , I had similar situation as your, and CIC asked me last week to submit it. But also depends of the officer that you have reviewing your documents.

The reason for why they were rejected is because they were working on Implied status while they were holding a IEC permit and they shouldn't , but this is like 2 years ago, so I don't know if now is different.

Yeah the BOWP was rejected.

I know people who has been rejected to be in Implied status under iEC but also friend of mine who didn't have any problem.

Because I don't know if with my actual work permit I can be in implied status ( I'm under International Experience Class)

I'm CEC Inland with AOR -23-Jan, Medical Passed on 22-Feb and also BG in Progress. and they are asking me for ECA (was a problem that they couldn't check my credentials online, so I'm trying to fix that )
