U should contact MP of ur area first explain ur situation n also apply gcms note

From notary office mention that u need it fr embassy

U can attach affidavit as in my case my mothers name spellings in my education certificates are different from our other documents lyk my pp,rashancard ,my bro education certificates so we hd send affidavit on my mom behalf dat both are same persons

we hd English copy frm suvidha center ,go n apply u vl get wd in wk

Got reply from MP he said all requirements are done now visa officer vl contact applicant bt thy hd put next update ,im really confused if all is done y thy hd put next date almost after five months

Anybody got gcms note from 2008 batch those r w8ting fr passport request n those had their remedical in April hv u guys contacted ur MP
