Hey Buddy:) Ordered Gcms on 12th August. Received on 13th September. Due Date is 27th September. Now the most important reply. Hope is what that is keeping us alive here. So being positive, I am expecting my PPR by the end of this week.:D (P.S. The absolute silence from Ndvo has made sure to...

Mate, you might have seen only a couple. But, the seniors on this forum have gone through hundreds of them & esteemed members like "LegalFalcon" go through many in a day. What I have shared is a combination of that along with my notes & those of friends. I guess you need to spend some more time...

    Conflicting info on GCMS notes?

Your notes are perfectly normal, nothing to worry. The notes at the end also mention a few lines on eligibility. If all appears fine to the agent, he mentions "MET". From here, the final decision on Eligibility will be made by a Visa Officer. That is why Gcms mentions Eligibility as Not...

At CIO, only Medicals & Criminality are passed. Eligibility is reviewed by an agent, and he mentions his recommendations in the end that he is satisfied with the provided docs & data or not. At Ndvo or any VO, it is entirely Visa Officer's discretion to approve eligibility on agent's...

You can send another mail to check about your file location now. As I said earlier, your file should have been in Ndvo atleast 12-15 days back. But, I just noticed that your medicals passed quite late compared to people with similar timelines. In my opinion, you should order Gcms notes right...

    Proof of Funds - Clarifications

Cic is okay with a house/property loan. But not sure about a personal loan, and certainly won't agree with the two options you are seeking suggestion for. That's hiding information willingly.

I would love to believe that theory:). But the thing is, Ndvo is working on Fifo as far as I know. So doesn't look like they would favor anyone out of the line.

Good to mention, wouldn't hurt. You are fine even if you don't.:)

    Proof of Funds - Clarifications

250k AED is a big amount for a personal loan, hence I wouldn't advice hiding it in any way. You could take more advice from Seniors on this.

If it isn't a substantial amount, you are good to go without mentioning it.

Need physical address for CIC to get the bank letter

Though Seniors could advice better on this, but in my opinion you can mention your Local Visa Office address. This looks more like a formality rather than a rule. :)

I guess you have misunderstood the OP. He gave a loan to his friend. You are absolutely fine. Just add a LOE if you wish to.

    CIC are requesting travel history

Nothing to worry here. This is one of the most common additional documents required by Cic. Just fill & send it back.

Mate that is just an assumption. Many a times file movement has coincided with Gcms generation date, but not always. If that would have been the case, each one of us would be ordering Gcms every 10-15 Days:D. But yeah, an Officer/Agent is bound to look into our file for generation of these...
