I submitted PCC along with my application. PCC was 9 months old at the time of application. I received my MR & RFPR on Oct 31st. The PCC on file is over 14 months old at this time. However CPC-O did NOT ask for a new PCC. I am saying this so it cheers up anyone who might be in the same situation.

PCC issued in April 2014 should be okay as long as you submitted the application within 3 months of that date.

Re: When is PCC required? FBI now needs about 12 weeks to process a PCC application. Better to start sooner.

I keep seeing some people ask others to click 'Good' on the left under Ratings to give + 1. I don't see any button or link that says "Good". Of course, I am logged in to the forum. I am using Safari browser on a Mac, is that the problem?

This doesn't look like a miracle to me. 2174 cap filled up on Fri. Mon was a holiday. So today they charged CC for those that filled the cap... pretty straight forward. A few could get rejection at the PER stage, which could lead to more CC charges for 2174 down the line. Who knows, you may be...
