Guys, totally unrelated question... are you able to do the medical examination upfront once you've received AOR? Of course, I won't do it immediately, but probably around the time they will ask for. Maybe, it saves some time and speed up the whole process.

You shouldn't put anything regarding Canada or your country of origin. Write the date you're submitting your application.
