The fact that ECAS is still showing IP means that your background and security checks are still ongoing. You got called for your test pretty quickly but the whole process can take up to a year. Once you pass a year of IP status contact IRCC again as you are past normal processing time.

Was she still employed by Winners during her Mat. Leave? Like she wasn't on a contract that was terminated then re-hired back? If she was still a Winners employee you can just list Winners from 2016 to present. That's what I did for my wife's Mat. Leave

I think DM only happens after the checks are all done. However, our interview officer mentioned that they do one more round of checks before the oath. I assume that's to check that between the DM and oath you haven't been charged with a crime or anything that would make to ineligible.

Submitting a complaint will likely not speed your application up. If background checks are still ongoing there's not much you can do. IRCC may be waiting on any number of things before they can complete them. Contact IRCC and and ask them what's going on since you are past 12 month mark. Then...

My application was delivered on April 11th and my AOR came on May 15th. The officer told me during my interview that they had until April to call us for the oath so I think it's 12 months from the date they get it .
