Nothing is wrong bro. It is very normal. I also got a mail to pay for biometric then after making the payments it took them 4 months plus to send me a biometric request. Then everything will go smoothly.

It was through mail and phone call I booked an appointment. Let me say I was just fortunate. When did your medicals came in? However, you can mail the help desk to book you for anyone who is willing to cancel his or her appointment in the closest date.

Application date is feb 12 Aor march 21 BM is July 10 passed same day SA is July 11 File transfer to Accra is July 15 July 30 medical request

U right, biometric done, SA too and also file was transferred July 15. This night I got medical request.
