That is completly wrong, my wife received AOR after 57 days, and her friend received it after 32 day, both applications sent by courier, and the funy thing my wife application got IP status even it got AOR 25 later, and here friend status did not change ...I was thinking the same at the...

You do not have to do anything, this email means you got the AOR which mean they have received your application, they did not review it yet. After they review your applucatiin and supporting document, they will send the application to the responsible office then status change to IP

believe it or not many application delivered on November 2nd 3rd ...etc did not get AOR yet even some of Oct applications did not receive it, my wife AOR came after 57 days, I guess AOR can be received between 30-60 days

Do you mean AOR on Jan 12th 2018 not nov 12th or really you got AOR after 4 days of delivering the application?!!

Hello, I almost have same timeline as you, same city Calgary, my application was received on Nov 3, and no AOR yet, it seems Applications sent from Calgary takes longer time !!
