Probably they will not be checking for kidney stones for each and every patient unless you mention it when the doctor asks you for any past health issues..In my case i had mentioned i had stones and i had taken appropriate medications to clear all the stones in my kidney and he was fine with it...

SDS offline application at vfs Chennai on 26th March On April 9th received student acknowledgement letter and biometric correspondence letter and on April 11th status got changed to approved

i read somewhere that after getting the status as approved.. we would be getting a welcome letter and port of entry letter after 48 hours so give it some time..BTW was your application offline?
