ok thats good. But i think living expenses can be covered in canada by part time work infact many of my friends haven't taken a single rupee from their parents except tution fee. And no i haven't heard from both manitoba and sasketchwan yet.

Ya me too applied in late july. My status changed this week only. Carleton takes most time among all univ. We will get a decision in late oct or early nov.

I actually do not know the exact fee for carleton and windsor univ. I am assuming around 5lac INR per sem plus another 5.5 lac for GIC so i think my parents can manage first sem fee along with GIC money without loan and the rest will be loan. What about you? Also, do you know decision timing...

Yes! I read somewhere on this forum that they give may intake if seats are full for jan. Anyhow i think windsor is also very slow!

You applied in sept for jan intake?? Isn't it beyond the deadline. I think it was aug 1 for jan 2017

yeah! at this point of time i m not certain what i will do. I m not giving up alberta yet. I was thinking of carleton before windsor was just ontario backup. Meanwhile, as crude prices are down alberta is under recession so getting a job there will not be that easy.

Yes! all for jan 2017. Alberta had a jan intake infact as of tomorrow i got conditional acceptance from them :D for MASc and also a reject from dalhousie :P. I applied in last week of july for all of them. I want to study in ontario as it is much diverse than alberta.

Yes i have applied to Univ of windsor, Concordia univ , Univ of Saskatchewan , univ of manitoba , univ of alberta and dalhousie univ so 7 in total. Bt i haven't got decision from any1 yet. Carleton is very slow in processing i think i won't go there if i get admit to any1 of them in coming days.

Got there reply :P the email said "Hello, We have just begun the process of accessing winter applications" LOL. I think it will take another month atleast now :p

I emailed them today about my status. Will inform you when they reply to my mail.
