My suggest is to wait for next 10 to 15 days.Then order for the NOTES.

Iam also 30-Dec 2014 Applicant.My status changed to In Process on 24-Sep-2015

For me also Three lines.But in my case it shows MEDICAL.Missing line About Correspondence Letter sent to you on so and so date (AOR2 date). Why cant you contact to your Doctor were you did Medical.Its better if you contact to him.)
