hey, Finally its confirmed that it was PPR email and it was sent to my old consultant. going to pick it up tomorrow. Also as instructed by CIC agent raised a request on web form to update our email address again then CIC can resend the email after the email has been updated in system. Cleared...

Yup almost, it had been sent to my old consultant going to pick it up tomorrow. got to know today.. after being in waiting thrice for about 28 minutes for CIC agent. lol
