call FBI and see if they could help. in either case i'd suggest you to send in another one - not sure how much time you might loose in locating the current one. be safe then sorry or late.

For CIC, FBI PCC is valid for one year form date of issuance. Answer to second question is Yes.

i applied twice, 5/27 and 8/24 - the form had asked for CVV. if you applied before that and the form did not ask for CVV - i would call them and ask.

what is your worry - CVV or PCC?

read pages 190 and 191 of this forum, especially post #2845 and till about 25 posts atfer that. you shall get a clear idea of what state pcc are good for and what not.

i am in the same boat. i submitted my app with loe, rejection proof, new submission proof, proof of initiation of state pcc for NJ and CA. ii did this in hopes so that if my second submission gets rejected, CIC *may* nto ask for fbi pcc anymore and *might* just be satisfied with state pcc(s)...

when you say "email Fromm fbi" - like were your prints rejected and you sent another one?

i am happy for you but just curious too at the same time. the first report was mailed out was 14aug? and then it got lost and then another and still you had fbi mail you a third one which you got by 25aug?
