When u say approved do u mean in home page under 'details' or after clicking on 'check status and messages' . My status is ''submitted' in home page, but when I click on ''check status and messages" it shows final decision as approved. What does this mean.

Calling is the best option, apart from that may be you can submit web enquiry form.

Small correction - in the home page status under 'Details' is submitted. When I click on 'Check status and messages' Final decision is shown as ''your application was approved" . But status updated date is 12 April, should have been delivered by now :(

Yes, except place of birth. State is truncated in COPR. So I entered place of birth as in passport - city, state tried upper and lower case both. nyone who was not able to link the appl. but still successfully rcvd card?
