What I actually meant is that to search job either in Ontario or Quebec, I thought Ottawa would be in Quebec. Now when I saw it's location in map it seems that's its in Ontario. So it seems I have very low chances to get a job in Canada. Because this is the case then the only option I have is to try to find internship here. :(

I meant with my second question this way: I search for an employer to make training contract instead of full time job. Once that training period is over, let say for 6 months then I ask from employer possibility to work full time. Wouldn't that be better way?
