Your status is still in submitted stage since July, 13th ? From what I know they ask for documents when it's in Assessment. It could be possible that they move to the next stage and they forget to update some applications status.

Hello, Called FBI support today. They have opened packaged delivered in May, 17 and processing those of May 11. Mine got there in May 17. Credit card charged. Best of Luck to all of us :)

Normally you cannot upload any documents after you submit and pay for the application, because your profile become read only. Have already paid and submitted your application ?.
