@computergeek I dont see the sense in CPC-M completing first stage so quickly but when it goes to the VO overseas there are some ridiculous waiting period ranging from 17-30 months in some instances.

@Computergeek seems to me that you paid Vegreville a visit because the AIP's are coming, coming and coming so quickly. Im seeing AIPs coming in even less than 5 months. Seems to me you know Minister Kenny quite well :D ;D

The vegreville office seems to be working like crazy this year, Last this time they were at April. Now today the update says they are at August 2012. And the AIP's keep coming and I dont hear anyone speaking about any interviews. Keep the post and the congrats coming friends

@canham2012 ok so you'll get ur OWP in a couple of weeks. Try calling them and see if they could work something out for u

@canham2012 the only way I think you can do so is by calling the CIC call centre. However if ur still waiting for first stage approval and you've already applied for the OWP it will automatically come when you're approved

@sounion Medical exams are good for one year but sometimes CIC extends it should it expires before you are approved

@Darwinwap So since I was out of status when I sent in my application, the OWP application that I added later on will give me implied status automatically? Or it would only apply to applicants who had status while they sent their applications in? Please advise :-X
