@Rusty with the completed application of an OWP, please include a letter telling them that you submitted an OWP online but that was the incorrect procedure, for the inland sponsorship OWP application. So you will have to show proof that you already sumbitted a PR application. So in the attached...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

@Rusty Yes, you were not supposed to submit it online. It was supposed to be sent in with proof that you applied for PR like the file number and your sponsor's UCI. When you mail it in it will be attached to your file so when the officer starts to process your file he can approve an OWP when you...

@Vansquirrel, They havent asked me to redfo anything, but When I was coming to Canada some two years ago I had to do medical and security checks to submit to the Canadian High Commission in Jamaica. INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

@Loops. Thank you very much for your response. But it's sensible if CIC could realize that we previously had police clearance from our country and has never left Canada since we arrived. But I sent in my police checks with my application though. But 8 months to wait after AIP is hard. It's...

That's why we stayed far from using common law because as a young couple starting out how were we going to find all those things to prove to CIC. You might need to ask ur landlord to do up a lease for u and date it back as far as a year preceding your application, joint ownership of house...
