    If you are living in Canada, which you are, there is no need for upfront Canadian PCC. CIC does background check for all inland applicants and they will ask explicitly for Canadian PCC if needed.     You need minimum 1 year experience at the time of creating express entry profile. If you don't meet the minimum eligibility criteria your profile will go straight into ineligible state.

    Your work experience is counted based on start date and end date any paid vacation you take in between doesn't affect that. Also just accumulating 1560 hrs doesn't satisfy 1 year condition. 1 year is based on calendar date, 1560 hrs is additional requirement on top of that.

    You need to update profile if you have canadian education only then you will get score for that.

    That option is gone now so you select option that represent your degree properly. I believe CIC will calculate as two or more if you have more then one education credentials as either eca or canadian degree

    If your course was language study mainly focus on English or french then yes, if your major was different(for example mine was computer programming) say no.

    That option is there for a reason and there is nothing wrong in using that option as long as you are being honest about it and mentioning that you are married. And yes you are right it takes more time but I am hoping all the talks about reducing time for family reunification will happen soon...

    LOE is optional though, and you can be honest in LOE and mention the reason about CRS if you decide to provide LOE. You can also say that for now you are focused on your PR first since your wife is already here in the country with you.
