    Previous US visa denial

My sponsor was a US citizen. He applied for this particular visa on my behalf. All the paperwork was in his name, and he's the one who is considered as "denied" even though I was the one supposed to travel/work in the US. On the denial letter, it's clearly specified that he's the one who is...

    Previous US visa denial

I'm not the one who was denied the visa; my sponsor was. the whole application is in his name.To the US immigration, it makes a huge difference. I was wondering if it would be the same for CIC. But you're right, just in case I should mention it, as I have nothing to hide.

I know you can take it upfront without ITA because I did it. I don't know about the location though. I think the location doesn't matter though when it comes to the results.

Hello, Trying to get my application done here. To the question "Has Jane ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:" , I don't know what to answer. 3 years ago, I applied for a O1B visa in the US. It was denied. I contacted 2 US immigration...

    Japanese paystubs translation

Cmon man, let it gooooooo! Anyway, this experience was a bit less than 10 years ago (2008-2009), and I honestly think it's still relevant for my NOC (not the "princess" NOC, sorry to disappoint). It just sucks to have to pay for 12 pages of translation...Maybe one or 2 paystubs would do?

Hello, I worked 1 year + in Japan 10 years ago and I would like to add my paystubs and contract to my work experience in my PR application. Offer of employment and Working Holiday visa

If I say "No" to the very first question (Does Jane have a job offer in Canada), I'm not asked if I'm already working in Canada and if I've been working for at least 1 year etc. The letter of employment and the offer of employment also disappear from the checklist.
