Yes, As per what I know, VAC and High Commission are different - VAC receives your applications (is accessible to public for biometrics etc) and High Commission is strictly for staff.

Yes, things are taking time. Each application is different, Try to see people with similar time line as yours on the excel sheet. It does help.

What does your ECAS status say ? Also, have you linked your application to an online account ?

Ok mine is June 12th. The latest update was in March when they requested for Bio-metrics. No update after that. Your AOR is earlier, I am sure you will get the update first. Please keep it posted. Thanks :)
