It's one letter in name of the Principal applicant and requests for passports for all dependents as well. That was how it was in my case, maybe read again and see if that's the same for you

They have already submitted the biometrics. hence in my case - I put the information in the section - where they say "APPLICANTS WHO WISH TO SEND THEIR BIOMETRICS", don't think they are going to ask again for it
