Mine got changed. It says remaining time 31 days. Still, my file is awaiting a review from an officer. I haven't got medical request. File gonna transfer from Etobicoke to another visa office. These guys are crazy. There is not a single chance to finish it in 31 days.

I called CIC too. The lady gave me almost heart-attack. My file is at Etobicoke awaiting a review from the officer. She told me that After the review it will be transferred to CIC Mississauga or Ottawa. So it looks like we won't finish your file in 19 months deadline.

It was at Ottawa before and transferred to Etobicoke on feb 2019.

Then, I can sit tight. I don't think I will get anything this month. Mine is in progress now in ECAS. I don't know from when.
