I was also in same situation as you are now. My intake was May and I had everything ready in November, but my agent suggested to lodge in December. so, we filed visa on 28 Dec. Now, I'm yet to get my final decision and it's been more than two months since my file is is queue. On other hand...

Apply ASAP, there is no point of delaying application otherwise if IRCC delayed your decision then you will be in big trouble.

I tried calling them, she said we can't connect you with IRCC. She shared another number +1 8882422100. But on this number, They say call center is closed. :(

I'm also in the same program for may2021 intake. Total tuition for this 15750/Year. This is calculated by 525$p per credit and our program consists of 60 credits with 6 additional credits for optional co-op.
