Hi PLease upload Letter of Explanation that Schedule 4a is not valid for you. Otherwise they wont process your application, you cannot leave that section blank.

Same here just received an email but cant access it. If you call CIC call centre, they have the same message that services are down. Just relax it will be resolved soon

I think you are right it varies from State to State, I got mine from Punjab and my husband's is from Uttar Pradesh. So thats the difference, may be they dont put the picture. It has all the mandatory fields, name , passport number and home address. Thanks

Hi there My husband got a PCC from India, but it doesn't have his picture on it, it just has his address and passport number. Is it necessary to have a picture on the PCC ??????? Is there any particular format for PCC ???? The one I got has a my picture. PLEASE HELP
