Category of NOC is not depends on PR process i.e. CEC or FSW. 2171 is my NOC and i applied under it with CEC process. i know many of my colleague applied under other 217* NOC & got PR as well (some are at AOR stage) in CEC. 217* is A type which have no upper limit in CEC.

i can give answer of your below points : (2) 1 year of work exp is mandatory (hours and year both are required). (3) wages does not matter for PR application in CEC (4) NOC are available at : http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/OccupationIndex.aspx

do you also know or ask with your SOURCE, that if someone's application returned back (may be due to some doc missing or any other reason).... and then if we resubmit it again in Jan-2015, which rule will apply to that application (EE rule or normal CEC ongoing current rule)? for example, lets...
