Yes you can. the old passport with valid visa will be attached to your passport. when you fill up the application for for PP renewal there is a line which asks you " Does your existing passport have a valid visa?" tick yes to that... Please also share your details and timeline for this forum.

i think you can relax a bit as LVO is a different ball game compared to NDVO... NDVO i think has cleared almost 80-90% of the MRs for FSW2013 already... so thats whats worrying me blind :-\ :-\ :-\
