In my opinion, I would take the test. It might cost you more money to hire an immigration lawyer than taking the test.

I think you should contact pnp or cic concerning the situation. i don't think it should be a problem as long as it is with the same employer. hope it helps.

you should contact your pnp program adviser, they will know what to do. My EE entry has been reverted to regular stream pnp. I will be apply for my PR soon.
