yes, u need documentation for the work experience you are claiming points for. however, if you have a work history that u cant get a reference letter for , then you can put such under personal experience.

You got NOI not nomination. You have 45 days to accept the NOI. Wait for a couple of draws within this period and make ur decision before the 45 days elapse... My thoughts...

i guess excluding paid employments for which you are claiming points for. You are supposed to include employments you are not claiming points for under other activities. i included a six years work experience in other activities and i had no problems.

You are very right. 45days to accept the NOI and 14 dayS to submit a complete application from the day you create your profile on OINP one key portal.

Put the job under other activities since you aren't claiming points for it.

I totally agree with you. the only reason they are doing this is to clear up their backlogs. Its a tactic to buy time on their end.

Your reason should be okay. U need to tell them why. Some ladies take a break to take care of their babies after delivery. So as long as it's genuine and not criminal, it's okay. There's no penalty against it
