I believe the case got rejected because of Social Assistance. He was not on Welfare but recently (11 months ago) got a house (social housing). Does Social Housing count as social assistance and therefore have your application rejected?

I don't know why people are afraid of giving their tracking number. If they are afraid for whatever reasons they could atleast round down 10 numbers from their tracking number, etc and just give us that number so we can still track are shipments.
