yes. on my case the just gave me 1 week period to submit additional info. and send it via e-mail but the problem is my employer is out of the country that's why I ask them to extend. and they give me another week.

hi, we have the same situation. they requested new sets of paystub too. i will email my additional info. tomorow. hopefully they approved our application after that... godbless
